We are now getting ready to plan our calendars for this year.

Remember the artist that we are focusing on is Mark Hearld and he creates detailed artwork of flora and fauna of the British Countryside- he does this by using lines and patterns.

Your task today is to explore the shapes of as many leaves as possible and look at them in detail.

Can you recreate them by doing a detailed drawing of them?  Can you notice the patterns of the veins on each leaf?
