This week in English, we are going to continue using the book 'The Rhythm of the Rain' to inspire our writing. Last week, we used a picture of the animals from the book to inspire our dialogue writing between the animals. We have been making great progress with developing our sentence structures. This week, we shall focus on developing our sentence openers using the acronym DADWAVERS. We have briefly used this before in a Big Write, now we shall learn a few different types of sentences each day.
