Hands on, exploration is the best way to get children engaged and developing their vocabulary! The children were carefully observing the fruit and they were having fantastic discussions about what they were finding.

It was lovely to read all the Kingfishers observations about the butternut squash and the thought provoking questions they were generating as they explored.
