Today some real hedgehogs came in to visit the class! Some very kind members of our community agreed to bring their beautiful hedgehogs in to meet our little Hedgehogs. The children sat very quietly and listened very respectfully as their owners explained how to care for hedgehogs and then showed all of the children one up close. The children got to see the live meal worms that they love to eat and some of the quills that they shed. They got to ask lots of questions about the hedgehogs - all showing a real interest in these lovely creatures. The whole class would like to say a massive thankyou to the kind ladies who took the time to come into school to do this.
