PE
Try to be active every day if you can! A healthy body and healthy mind is really important. Whether that is going for a walk, playing in the garden or dancing in the kitchen, any activity that gets your body moving is really good for you!
I have found a few different options again for your PE this week for you to choose from if you would like to:
- Football training at home - all you need is a small space, a ball and a hand towel
- Disney dance to the beat
- Or give Joe Wicks daily workouts a go
- 60 second challenges from Youth Sport Trust
- Kidz Bop Dance along videos - Miss Lineker loves these!
