There are many exciting ways you can investigate whether a material is a solid, liquid or gas. Perhaps you could have a hunt around your house or in the garden and see if you can identify any other solids, liquids or gases.

 

In today's activity, I would like you to draw a table and sort materials into solids, liquids or gases. There are some examples on the activity sheet. You do not need to print these, you can write them down in your book.
