Over the half term break, I have been going for a walk every day (in the rain and wind some days!) and the fresh air has really helped me feel better. I have tried to explore new walks around where I live and discovered a winding path near a river, which made me excited for our topic this term!
I have found a few different options again for your PE this week for you to choose from:
- Football training at home - all you need is a small space, a ball and a hand towel
- Disney dance to the beat
- Or give Joe Wicks daily workouts a go
- 60 second challenges from Youth Sport Trust
- Kidz Bop Dance along videos - Miss Lineker loves these!
