Welcome to Wellbeing Wednesday!
If you managed to watch Mrs Paul's video in the Resource Centre last Friday, you would have heard her explain how important it to take a break and look after your minds and bodies. After all, remote learning often requires us to be sat in front of a screen for frequent periods of time and we must remember to take time out to have fun, explore and step away from the screen!
Therefore, for PSHE this week, I would like you to go and do something to help your wellbeing (try and step away from technology if you can).
Here are some ideas of things you might like to do:
-Colouring or drawing
- Going for a walk or bike ride with your family
-Playing in the garden
-Building a den
-Listening to music
