A warm welcome to Owl Class!

The Class Teacher is Miss Hinch and the Teaching Assistant is Mrs Booth and Miss Lemar, However Mr Melson will also be working with the children throughout the year.

We have an exciting year ahead of us and we can't wait to share our learning with you. On this page you will be able to follow the children's learning and see all of the exciting things Owl Class have been up to.

Our first Topic is 'A toy's Story'. We will be learning about the history of toys, how they have changed over the years, the materials they are made from and also linking it to other areas of the curriculum. We also have an exciting workshop planned so keep an eye out for further information.

Indoor P.E is on Monday with Miss Hinch and Mrs Booth and outdoor P.E is on a Thursday with Mr Melson and Miss Roberts. Please ensure that your child has the correct P.E kit and earrings removed on both of these days.

Homework will be given out on Friday and is due in on Wednesday at the latest. Spellings will be tested on a Wednesday, with new spellings being given out on Friday.

If you need any further information or have any problems please don't hesitate to come and speak to either Miss Hinch, Miss Lemar or Mrs Booth.
