Healthy Minds have released some online support for children and young people during these times of heightened anxiety and uncertainty. Please read the Healthy Minds children's advice document before completeing the anxiety booklet with your child, as there are videos on their website for you to watch alongside completing these. If you wish for any further advice, then please do not hesitate to contact the school to speak to a member of our Learning Mentor Team. If we are not in school we will be sure to contact you and have a chat about any worries or concerns you may have.
