Happy Monday Badger Class!
Welcome to a new week of exciting learning! I have had another fantastic week of interacting with you remotely or in school and the effort lots of you are putting into your work is amazing! Keep it up! You are making me so proud to be your teacher. I must say a huge thank you to your Mums, Dads and families for supporting you with this. They are doing a super job!
Here is our suggested timetable for this week. Again, please adapt and change this to suit you and your families, but try to complete Maths and English every day if you can. If you are a part time keyworker child, it is important that you keep up with English and Maths on the days that you are working from home. Remember that working from home feels different to working in school. Remember to take breaks, get some fresh air and take time away from your screens.
If the lesson below is highlighted in blue then it will take you straight to the video for the lesson if there is one recorded. I will add videos throughout the week, so keep checking back here.
This week is Children's Mental Health Week and the theme this year is 'Express Yourself.' There is a special assembly being broadcasted at 9am on Monday.
The assembly will be available to all schools and families at 9am on Monday 1 February – and will feature pupils and well-known faces discussing the theme of Children’s Mental Health Week, as well as ways that children and young people can get involved at home. It will be hosted by Blue Peter’s Lindsey Russell and CBBC Presenter and Place2Be Champion Rhys Stephenson. Click here at 9am to watch it.
