So far this term we have been exploring Roman myths, especially the myth of Romulus and Remus and how the brothers often argued about everything but particularly about the building of Rome which led to Romulus killing his Brother. We are using this myth as a based of our own but changing a few details, I can't wait to read the children's myth and see their imagination come to life.

Today during history we discussed all that we had learned about Romans, The children had a quiz using the knowledge they had gained. which they did fantastic in. Then they reenacted being a Roman soldier. The children hot seated and took it in turns pretending to be a Roman soldiers whilst the other children asked them questions. We also used the replica artefacts we had in school to be more authentic.
