This week we are reading and writing poetry within our English inspired by the poet Rachel Rooney. 

 

Today you need to go to page 28 in your CGP Year 4 comprehension book. We are going to read the poems about witches on page 28 and answer the questions on page 29.

 

You can then mark your work using the answers below.

LO: To read and appreciate a range of genres

 

In today's lesson, I would like you to read and enjoy lots of poetry! Perhaps you could write a review (a bit like a book review) for one of the poems you have read?
